Local Priorities Mobile phone theft Message

I wanted to provide an update regarding Mobile phone theft, which some members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey.

Whitechapel SNT were patrolling Whitechapel Road and the surrounding roads during our patrols to address the drug dealing / drug use and mobile phone theft in the area.
We visited local businesses, including Barclays Bank, to reassure staff and local customers.
We engaged with security personnel and management,
